About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end producing and project management on flagship accounts, including budget creation and management, schedule creation and management, execution, and delivery
- Lead and work alongside Creative and Production teams to ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and agreed budgets
- Coordinate client communication, requests, and project requirements directly or through the client servicing team
- Proactively troubleshoot and prevent roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee vendor management and approvals
- Help lead and mentor the US project management and video production team
- Plan, monitor, and analyze metrics for project delivery, resource management, and team performance
- Recommend best practices for resource management, project delivery, budgeting, and contracts
- Recommend strategies to maximize operational efficiency and help define processes
- Support or lead pitches and RFPs
- Oversee daily activities across all accounts and support high-quality, profitable creative execution
- Lead Producers and/or Project Managers across accounts while co-owning production process, productivity, and profitability
- Work independently on flagship accounts and company initiatives and special projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicants must reside in the United States
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 6+ years of experience in post-production or project management, either at a production house or in-house at an agency
- Experience managing the full project lifecycle across multifunctional campaigns and projects
- High-level understanding of Design & Motion Graphics and post-production across Editing, VFX, and Sound
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve, pivot, and implement solutions
- Experience managing a team and resource planning
- Agency or production house experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with project and resource management tools, such as Airtable
- Technical understanding of production software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Social Media experience preferred
- Experience with shoot production or 3D production is a bonus
- Availability Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm in any US time zone
