About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the e-commerce content strategy to support product launches and key commercial moments
- Design and produce creative assets (visuals, videos, copy, web adaptations) in line with brand identity requirements
- Adapt communications to the specific requirements of platforms, e-retailers, and local markets
- Manage timelines, coordinate creative production budgets, and oversee legal matters related to image and copyright usage
- Identify emerging web trends and propose enhancements to the online customer experience
- Manage the operational team (external consultants, interns, and work-study students)
- Contribute to the brand’s digital visibility across an ecosystem of approximately 200 e-commerce platforms and e-retailers
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 6 years of experience in content creation and digital strategy, ideally in the luxury, beauty, or image-driven e-commerce sector
- Strong command of the e-commerce asset production workflow, web editorial content, and e-retail challenges
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong aesthetic sensibility
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage complex projects in a multicultural environment
