About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop product vision and strategy
- Conduct user research and interviews
- Lead ideation and evaluate problem-solution fit and product-market fit
- Work with business models and product goals using OKRs
- Apply UX/UI design fundamentals, information architecture, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping
- Conduct user testing and validation methods
- Drive product development using agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
- Work with backlog items, user stories, roadmapping, planning, workflows, and releases
- Manage stakeholders and collaborate with product teams
- Define KPIs and set up event tracking
- Analyze funnels, cohorts, and retention
- Perform application monitoring and manual software testing
- Report bugs
- Conduct web analytics using Google Analytics and Looker Studio
- Participate in career coaching on job research, strengths analysis, application materials, the application process, LinkedIn, interviews, and case studies

- German language skills at least at B2 level are recommended/required for the training program
