About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, operate, and continuously enhance internal applications and automations
Take responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and further development of the Vue/Nuxt staffing application
Design, develop, and operate event-driven automations and glue code using n8n, Slack integrations, REST APIs, and webhooks
Connect internal applications with external SaaS tools and AI models
Develop optimized database views and robust API endpoints for analytics and reporting
Monitor application availability and maintain production databases
Collaborate with Operations, Staffing, Analytics, Workplace IT, Platform, and Security to develop reliable integrations and secure technical solutions
Identify friction points in existing workflows and reduce manual tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in modern full-stack web development
Experience with Vue.js/Nuxt.js and TypeScript
Experience with Node.js or comparable technologies
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and webhooks
Experience with workflow automation using n8n or comparable platforms such as Zapier or Make
Experience integrating AI APIs, such as OpenAI or Anthropic, into automation pipelines and web applications
Experience with prompt design, structured JSON outputs, and API error handling
Ability to make pragmatic decisions between custom-built software and low-code/no-code solutions
German at least at A2 level
English at C1 level
