About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, operate, maintain, and continuously evolve internal applications and automations
Own the operation, maintenance, and development of internal applications, including the Vue/Nuxt staffing application
Design, develop, and operate event-based automations and glue code using n8n, Slack integrations, REST APIs, and webhooks
Connect internal applications with external SaaS tools and AI models
Build optimized database views and robust API endpoints for analytics and reporting
Make internal-system data securely and reliably available
Monitor application availability and maintain stable, scalable production databases
Work with Operations and Staffing teams to identify workflow friction points
Collaborate with Analytics, Workplace IT, Platform, and Security on integrations, data access, and secure technical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in modern full-stack web development
Frontend and backend experience, particularly with Vue.js/Nuxt.js, TypeScript, and Node.js or comparable technologies
Practical experience designing and implementing REST API and webhook integrations
Experience developing and maintaining workflow automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic into automation pipelines and web applications
Experience with prompt design, parsing structured JSON outputs, and API error handling
Ability to choose appropriately between custom-built software and low-code/no-code solutions
German proficiency at minimum A2 level
English proficiency at C1 level
