About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead client relationships
Support software engineering consultants across a range of projects
Schedule and facilitate 1:1s with software engineering consultants, Delivery Managers, and client project managers
Create and maintain project engagement plans, including onboarding, offboarding, and renewals
Keep detailed notes to ensure consistent and effective communication
Anticipate resourcing needs and manage team allocations
Identify and escalate risks and issues
Maintain an up-to-date RAID log
Uphold contractual obligations while encouraging professional behaviour and high performance
Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to consultants and clients
Act as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders
Maintain long-term stakeholder relationships, including with alumni

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong drive, adaptability, and quick-thinking in dynamic situations
Ability to inspire high performance while reinforcing positive behaviours
Skilled in delivering constructive feedback and handling challenging conversations
Approachable and diplomatic, with the ability to build trust quickly
Ability to balance professionalism with approachability
Excellent multitasking and context-switching abilities
Confident negotiation skills in financial and complex matters
Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with empathy and clarity
Experience in banking or energy trading sectors is desirable but not required
Knowledge of software engineering is advantageous but not essential
