About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, improve, and scale features for Lini, DiliTrust's proprietary AI engine
- Contribute at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering
- Own features end-to-end from technical design through deployment
- Write specifications with executable acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements
- Define data classification, authorization matrices, volumetry assumptions, and latency and throughput budgets
- Freeze API schemas, types, module boundaries, and invariants before implementation fan-out
- Pilot coding agents with bounded contexts, defined artifacts, stop conditions, budgets, and traceability
- Maintain separation between code producers and verifiers
- Independently verify peers' work using adversarial reviews against specifications
- Build property tests, contract tests, query-count and allocation budgets, execution-plan checks, policy-as-code, and backward-compatibility proofs
- Sample code by risk zone to calibrate generator and verification-gate defect rates
- Keep work-in-progress low through capped PR sizes, thin vertical slices, short-lived branches, feature flags, and CI-first workflows
- Design for blast radius using reversibility, progressive delivery, structured logs, traces, metrics, and instrumentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Based in France with full working rights
- Fluent in French and English
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Significant experience building and operating B2B SaaS platforms in production
- Proven ownership of features across design, delivery, iteration, and maintenance
- Strong background in complex, scalable web architectures and real modularity
- Demonstrated, sustained use of coding agents in production work
- Understanding of correlated defects and failure modes in generated code
- Ability to take accountability for code not personally authored
- Fluency in property-based testing and contract testing
- Ability to derive tests from specifications
- Test-data strategy and maintenance of volumetrically representative datasets
- Knowledge of authorization modelling in multi-tenant systems
- Awareness of agent-assisted pipeline security risks, including prompt injection, supply-chain risk, least privilege, and data/code leakage
- Knowledge of performance analysis, including query budgets, N+1 queries, unbounded result sets, indexes, network calls in loops, and execution plans
- Excellent written communication and specification-writing skills
- Extensive experience working with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
- Strong ownership and judgment regarding product and technical risk
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in senior SaaS environments
