About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end change management: stakeholder mapping, communication, training, and adoption tracking
Identify and resolve adoption barriers, involving the right people on both sides and driving each situation through to resolution
Serve as the communication bridge between SAP teams and executive sponsors (C-suite)
Build partnerships with customer program leadership at global system integrators and client organizations
Develop the client business case, making the value of the implementation tangible for stakeholders
Structure the implementation process, including templates, onboarding workflows, and feedback cycles
Incorporate learnings into the product and help define the roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in change management, with excellent organizational and communication skills in environments involving multiple countries and stakeholders
Highly proactive and ambitious, with a proven track record of delivering results independently across more than one project or company
Highly resourceful and solution-oriented
Experience in consulting, business strategy, structured problem-solving, and client management
Experience in startups, ideally at an early stage
Experience delivering client-focused work, including presentations to senior leadership and C-suite executives
Practical knowledge of SAP implementations (S/4HANA programs) is a plus
Deep functional or technical SAP expertise is welcome but not required
Experience at Big Four firms or system integrators is a plus
Experience implementing early-stage software is a plus
Founder or entrepreneurial experience is a plus
