Key responsibilities & impact

Lead medium- and large-scale SAP projects from end to end
Serve as PMO, defining and monitoring standards, KPIs, and governance
Plan project schedules, scope, risks, and budgets
Act as the bridge between business teams, IT, and vendors
Lead status meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting
Ensure adherence to project methodologies (agile/hybrid/traditional)
Lead transformation initiatives and contribute to strategic decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as a Senior SAP Project Manager or SAP PMO
Proven track record in SAP projects, including implementations, rollouts, enhancements, or migrations
Experience with project and portfolio governance and PMO KPIs
Strong command of project management methodologies (PMBOK, agile, or hybrid)
English proficiency for stakeholder interaction and documentation
Availability to work in São Paulo under a hybrid model (on-site three days per week)
Engagement as an independent contractor (PJ)
Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, PRINCE2, etc.)
Experience in large enterprises or consulting firms delivering complex SAP projects
Previous experience in digital transformation or S/4HANA programs
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (portfolio management)
