Assess patients by phone, reviewing sleep, pain and mental health concerns, clinical history and suitability for treatment
Conduct scheduled back-to-back consultations, including new patient screenings and follow-ups
Write clear, accurate clinical notes that meet standards
Collaborate with doctors, customer service and operations teams to provide patients with a smooth experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current APC as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
Current professional indemnity insurance
2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience
Based in New Zealand
Genuine interest in alternative therapies and an open mind about their role in symptom management
Warm, clear communication and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Accurate typing while staying engaged in conversation
Meticulous clinical documentation and comfort working to set protocols
Ability to manage your own day and stay focused through a full schedule of consultations
Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
Previous telehealth or remote work experience highly regarded
Experience with Indici is a bonus
