About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement OpenText Extended ECM solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Business Suite
Lead client conversations to understand business processes and translate them into xECM configurations
Perform hands-on configuration and technical delivery
Work in small, focused project teams with a project manager and delivery specialist
Act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders
Turn complex business processes into integrated enterprise content solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid hands-on experience designing and implementing OpenText xECM for SAP
Experience integrating xECM with SAP systems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and/or ECC)
Strong enterprise content management background with OpenText Content Server
Comfort moving between solution design and hands-on delivery
Client-facing consulting experience and excellent English communication skills
Ability to overlap with US Central time for at least half the workday
SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience is a bonus
Experience with xECM for SuccessFactors is a bonus
Experience with clients in energy, oil and gas, or utilities is a bonus
OpenText or SAP certifications are a bonus, and certification support is available
