About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead customer discovery by mapping pain points, validating business hypotheses, and determining whether and how artificial intelligence is the best solution
Define and communicate the product vision to everyone involved, from the customer’s executive leadership to data engineers
Build and prioritize the backlog, translating business requirements into actionable Agile tasks (PBIs) for engineering
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and strategic customer checkpoints
Shield the squad from external distractions and maintain operational momentum
Manage scope and risks, identifying deviations and escalating when necessary
Track solution impact metrics and prepare status reports for strategic stakeholders
Organize wikis, boards, documentation, and project artifacts
Participate in the post-MVP lifecycle, supporting knowledge transfer to the customer and the continuous evolution of the solution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in digital product management, including product vision, scope, backlog, roadmap, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
End-to-end experience, from discovery through delivery
Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence, including LLMs, AI agents, machine learning, NLP, and RAG
Coding is not required, but you must understand enough to have productive technical conversations and assess feasibility
Analytical skills for collecting, interpreting, and presenting data
Clear and persuasive communication with customer C-level executives, engineers, data scientists, and business teams
Results-oriented mindset, sense of urgency, ability to prioritize under pressure, and focus on delivering solutions that work in the customer’s context
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar platforms
Ability to manage documentation and create well-organized knowledge bases, including taxonomies, wikis, and visual frameworks
