Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of hands-on PEO or benefits administration experience
Solid QA practice: test case design, defect reporting, Agile testing
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause instincts
Clear written and verbal communication
Degree or equivalent experience
PrismHR platform experience
Schedule availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
Preferred: automation exposure, multi-state US payroll tax, open enrollment, HRIS or HCM platforms
