What you’ll need

  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause instincts
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • PrismHR platform experience
  • Nice to have: automation exposure, multi-state US payroll tax, open enrollment, HRIS or HCM platforms
  • Availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
