About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate day-to-day HR operations for European business units and international EOR and contingent worker populations.
- Serve as an operational contact for employees, managers, EOR providers, contingent worker vendors, and internal partners.
- Support onboarding, employee changes, leave coordination, and offboarding.
- Prepare, review, route, and maintain employment contracts, amendments, employee letters, and related HR documentation.
- Coordinate EOR employee administration, including onboarding, benefits, payroll inputs, contractual documentation, and issue resolution.
- Support employee relations, case documentation, disciplinary matters, compliance issues, and policy matters.
- Coordinate immigration and work-authorization activities.
- Assist payroll and benefits administration, employee data validation, enrollment, and discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, compliance documentation, and HRIS data; audit system changes before payroll processing.
- Monitor and resolve Recruiting and HR tickets and cases.
- Research regulatory developments, local employment practices, labor market information, and HR requirements.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Legal, Compliance, HR Integration, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, project updates, employee data summaries, and compliance documentation for HR leadership.
- Support HR service-delivery and process-improvement initiatives, including workflow documentation, testing, and recommendations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and HR technology implementations or upgrades.
- Represent HR in international meetings and support onboarding and mentoring of new HR team members.
- Protect confidential employee and organizational information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent combinations of education, experience, and relevant programs (certifications, job training) considered.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in international HR management supporting European jurisdictions.
- Experience with European labor laws, employment contracts, and regulatory frameworks across multiple countries.
- Prior experience managing Employer of Record (EOR) relationships and cross-border employment complexities strongly preferred.
- Experience with contract management and international HR documentation is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience with global HRIS platforms and compliance tracking systems; Prism experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of European labor laws, employment contracts, EU directives such as GDPR, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience managing EOR relationships, immigration documentation, and international compliance.
- Proficiency in global HRIS platforms, compliance tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage confidential information and uphold ethical HR practices.
- Employee must be able to travel independently and possess necessary documentation, such as a valid passport and work authorization, for international travel.
- Professional HR certification preferred; recognized credentials include CIPD, GPHR, SPHRi/PHRi, and SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.
