About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks
  • Create and execute automated tests across web, mobile, and API surfaces
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to define test strategy and acceptance criteria
  • Perform code reviews and establish automation best practices
  • Analyze test results and drive root causes to resolution
  • Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and reliability
  • Mentor junior QA engineers on automation practices and tooling

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in software QA with a genuine automation focus
  • Strong programming in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, or JUnit
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and test data management
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling and Git
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Availability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday
