About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end solution architecture for cloud-native .NET applications
  • Lead the design, modernization, and evolution of enterprise-scale SaaS platforms
  • Lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives
  • Drive microservices, API-first, and event-driven design
  • Guide deployment strategy, observability, performance tuning, and production readiness
  • Lead adoption of AI-driven capabilities in real products
  • Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and locations
  • Mentor engineering teams
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12–15 years of overall experience
  • 3–5+ years as a Solution or Technical Architect
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and MVC
  • Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and distributed asynchronous design patterns
  • Experience with SQL Server, including performance tuning
  • Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD
  • Working knowledge of React and JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience designing and integrating AI or GenAI capability into .NET applications
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, security, and compliance
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Ability to work 3:00 PM–12:00 AM EAT, Monday to Friday
