Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple scrum teams, typically three to four, delivering on the .NET Core and React platform
Own delivery sequencing, dependencies, risk, and delivery commitments
Lead people through growth, feedback, performance management, and team building
Make architecture and design decisions with technical leads
Review technical approaches and participate credibly in code reviews
Collaborate with product management on scope and priority
Work with architecture on technical direction
Partner with QA and DevOps on release quality
Ensure products are built, released, adopted, and supported
Overlap with US East Coast working hours for planning and prioritization with US leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience leading 3–4 scrum teams concurrently
A product taken through complete execution—from planning to release and adoption
Strong hands-on grounding in .NET Core, C#, ReactJS, SQL Server, and API design
Real people leadership, including direct reports, performance and growth ownership, and hiring involvement
Ability to make and defend technical decisions with architects and senior engineers
Clear communication with product management, engineering leadership, and stakeholders
