About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide and participate in remote and/or on-site technical support for Dito employees
- Assist with the installation and configuration of workstations and laptops
- Assist with the installation and configuration of approved software
- Assist with IT asset and software license management
- Support the creation of processes and documentation for the Support team
- Learn and develop expertise in IT support
- Provide technical support for internal and external team members and tools
- Contribute to business continuity and process efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (evening classes required)
- Must be available to visit the company headquarters when necessary
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different areas of the company
- Must reside in the Belo Horizonte metropolitan area
