About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of supported teams’ goals, ways of working, and key people challenges through regular contact with leaders and team members.
  • Investigate specific issues in greater depth when needed to inform decisions and move agreed actions forward.
  • Partner with leaders on performance, employee development, role clarity, team design, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Offer constructive feedback and challenge assumptions.
  • Help leaders and team members address conflict by hearing different perspectives, facilitating constructive conversations, and following up on agreed actions.
  • Drive agreed HR work through implementation and evaluation with HR colleagues’ support.
  • Define problems and responsibilities, research options, test practical solutions, coordinate implementation, and review results.
  • Combine HR research and organizational behavior with employee feedback, internal data, and useful benchmarks; adapt solutions to Divar.
  • Agree on measures of progress and impact, then use results and feedback to decide what to continue, change, or stop.
  • Build stakeholder support, address concerns, keep commitments, and share decisions, learning, and documentation.
  • Develop effective working relationships with leaders and team members.
  • Agree on focused priorities, responsibilities, and ways to assess progress.
  • Make tangible progress on defined initiatives and improve approaches using feedback and evidence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Around 4–5 years of relevant HR experience, including direct work with managers and employees on team or organizational challenges.
  • A solid grounding in HR and organizational behavior, and a habit of reading and critically evaluating research and practices.
  • Experience taking an HR initiative from problem definition into implementation with others and following through on agreed actions.
  • Ability to interpret data and feedback, compare approaches, and define and track useful measures of progress and impact.
  • Clear communication, constructive feedback, and sound interpersonal judgment; ability to build credibility and work through disagreement without formal authority.
  • Curiosity about how different teams and business functions operate, with the ability to learn their goals, ways of working, and constraints and use that understanding in recommendations.
  • Ownership, persistence, and flexibility: you keep work moving and revise your ideas when evidence or feedback suggests a better approach.
  • Professional judgment in sensitive situations, respecting confidentiality, fairness, and the needs of employees, teams, and the organization.
  • Nice to have: Experience supporting engineering or product teams, or working where teams have substantial autonomy.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with engineering and product roles, collaboration patterns, delivery cycles, and on-call responsibilities; specific technical expertise is not expected.
