About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and clinical formulation
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to setting and population
  • Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
  • Maintain timely, compliant, and clinically sound documentation
  • Collaborate within a team-based care model to support client outcomes
  • Work across specialty behavioral health teams and practice models
  • Depending on team assignment, provide outpatient therapy, crisis response, community-based care, intake assessments, treatment plans, or service recommendations

  • Support individuals with mental health and substance use needs, including children, adolescents, adults, families, and individuals with severe and persistent mental illness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Colorado license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC) in good standing
  • Experience in therapy, assessment, and/or crisis intervention
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort working with varied acuity levels
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based care
  • Ability to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Licensed clinician qualified to practice in Colorado
