About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and monitor accounting routines for a portfolio of construction industry clients
- Perform accounting entries, classifications, and reconciliations
- Support monthly and annual accounting closings
- Prepare and analyze trial balances, balance sheets, and financial statements
- Monitor the integration of accounting information in the Sienge ERP
- Review documents and information submitted by clients
- Identify and follow up on outstanding items, ensuring compliance with accounting deadlines
- Maintain contact with clients to align the information required for accounting routines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in an accounting firm
- Experience managing a portfolio of construction industry clients
- Hands-on experience with the Sienge ERP
- Knowledge of accounting routines and closing procedures
- Organization, attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to deadlines
- Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Employment under the CLT labor regime
