About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Law student in the second year of a three-year degree, third year of a four-year degree, final year of study, or a graduate/career changer; or non-law student in the final year of a degree, or a graduate/career changer
- If the law degree is not recognised as meeting the academic requirements for admission to the PCLL in Hong Kong, the applicant must be in the final year of study or be a graduate/career changer
- GPA of 3.4 or equivalent
- On track to achieve, or already achieved, a 2:1 undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Right to work full time for the duration of the programme in the chosen location
- DLA Piper is unable to sponsor visas for the Summer Internship programme
- Submit only one application per year for one Summer Internship programme
- Genuine interest in global business and commercial law
- Enthusiasm for learning and exploring different practice areas
- Proactive, self-motivated and driven
- Collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
- Thoughtful problem-solving using evidence and different viewpoints
