About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate reports and monitor important industry metrics
  • Monitor and identify anomalies or patterns early to prevent escalation
  • Involve, escalate, and communicate with other teams through the correct channels in a timely and clear manner
  • Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to ensure operations are not affected
  • Innovate and find new ways to optimize internal processes and improve customer experience
  • Prioritize and respond to urgent tasks
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical processes, functions, and requirements
  • Manage tickets, questions, and issues reported by customers
  • Follow up on issues internally to ensure SLAs are fulfilled

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or student
  • Availability to work during weekends
  • Experience working in the payments or tech industry is a plus
  • Proactive, independent, critical thinking, issue prevention attitude, great energy, and decision making
  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Databases, and Kibana is a plus
  • Advanced/Fluent English
  • Working from Tuesday to Saturday, 7 am to 4 pm, with a 1-hour break
