About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform advanced indirect tax operations tasks
  • Execute reconciliations and validate indirect tax data for accuracy
  • Assist in documenting and enhancing workflows using technology and process improvements
  • Support onboarding for partial or full outsourcing engagements
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains in month-end processes
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and reporting standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Communications, Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • 1–3 years of experience in tax operations or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively
  • Regular 40-hour work schedule
  • Travel less than 10%
