Key responsibilities & impact

Lead client-facing engagements to understand complex business challenges and translate them into AI solution requirements
Architect and oversee AI models, workflows, and integrations for corporate tax and consulting use cases
Collaborate with product, development, and business operations teams to deliver AI solutions
Communicate technical concepts and solution designs to non-technical stakeholders
Guide AI initiative strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and resource allocation
Conduct market research and competitive analysis in AI applications for tax, finance, and legal domains
Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards
Manage client feedback loops and continuous improvement for deployed AI systems
Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing
Support proposal development and business development with technical expertise and solution design

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in AI solution engineering, including client-facing roles
Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics
Experience with AI platforms, model deployment, and cloud-based infrastructure
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver scalable AI solutions
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Familiarity with corporate tax processes or financial services is a plus
Experience in consulting or enterprise solution delivery preferred
Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and sounds
