About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Build financial models to explore business scenarios and growth opportunities
- Analyse revenue, profitability and key commercial performance drivers
- Turn complex financial data into meaningful reports and dashboards
- Work closely with senior leadership and commercial teams to influence decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- BCom Finance, Accounting or Management Accounting degree
- 2+ years' hands-on experience in FP&A, commercial finance, budgeting or forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong financial modelling ability
- A curious, analytical mind with a genuine interest in business performance
- Confidence communicating financial insights beyond the finance team
- CIMA studies or qualification advantageous
- Financial services/fintech/lending exposure advantageous
- VBA or BI reporting tools advantageous
