About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and enhance the performance of the Sales, Growth, and Finance teams
  • Enable better performance tracking and drive strategic projects with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership
  • Design and deploy solutions that improve the performance of Revenue teams
  • Contribute to roadmap definition by surfacing insights and needs
  • Structure and manage projects from requirements gathering through delivery in a Product Owner capacity
  • Define project stages and coordinate Salesforce integrations and automations with other Operations teams
  • Ensure team adoption of solutions
  • Improve processes and build efficient workflows
  • Optimize the Salesforce stack and related processes
  • Design robust, replicable functional solutions for international markets
  • Provide day-to-day support to Sales teams
  • Document tools, deliver training, and ensure adoption in partnership with Sales Enablement
  • Contribute to tool maintenance and debugging
  • Work on projects such as redesigning lead scoring, implementing real-time alerts, automating customer activation, and analyzing performance and territories

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of significant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, strategy consulting, or transformation
  • Ability to manage complex projects from end to end with a high degree of rigor
  • Already a power user of AI for automating tasks and improving efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and commercial teams
  • Hands-on, results-oriented approach with strong business acumen
  • Excellent analytical skills, particularly in SQL
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with a product mindset and strong customer focus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in English
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus; otherwise, you will have the opportunity to learn it at Doctrine
