Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop end-to-end product features, from back-end modeling to the user interface
Integrate AI models and LLMs into product workflows
Maintain and evolve the cloud architecture, with a focus on the scalability and reliability of production services
Contribute to the squad’s technical decisions, including code reviews, architectural decisions, and continuous improvement of code quality
Collaborate closely with the Product and Design teams
Contribute to the cross-functional technical roadmap, including tooling, technical debt, documentation, and collective skills development
Participate in the Web chapter and its internal projects
Share knowledge, stay up to date with industry trends, and promote best practices
Propose new tools and processes
Participate in recruitment through technical assessments and interviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript across both back-end and front-end development
Comfortable working with a modern production stack: Node.js, React, or equivalent technologies
Strong backend expertise: data modeling, robust APIs, performance optimization, and technical debt management
Self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to understand user needs, challenge specifications, and consider impact before technology
Strong interest in AI and active interest in LLMs
Passion for knowledge sharing and helping others grow through code reviews, documentation, and pair programming
Eager to develop expertise in understanding legal documents
No degree or professional experience in law is required
