About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with teams to understand workflows, decision-making, and information movement
Identify inefficiencies, knowledge gaps, and opportunities to improve work processes
Document current-state processes and uncover patterns across teams
Assess how teams organize information, documentation, and business knowledge
Design information and data structures that support automation, scaling, and AI augmentation
Translate business requirements into AI and automation solutions with technical teams
Help redesign workflows using AI, automation, and emerging technologies
Define how people, data, systems, and AI agents should work together
Create future-state process, operating model, and agent architecture recommendations
Help teams adopt new ways of working and build confidence with AI-enabled tools
Influence stakeholders through data, storytelling, and relationship building
Work alongside senior practitioners and gradually own smaller engagements and transformation initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Curiosity about AI, automation, technology, and organizational change
Experience documenting workflows and business processes
Understanding of knowledge management, information architecture, or data governance concepts
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field
Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate solutions clearly
