About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Dolby Creator Lab initiatives, including the weekly podcast, music and UGC programs, virtual and in-person events, grant programs, and partnerships
- Schedule podcast recording sessions across film/TV, music, and gaming, interfacing with external business partners and internal stakeholders
- Manage digital assets, review edits, write program descriptions, and track deliverables with Social, Digital, and external partners
- Work cross-functionally with Design, Copy, Social, PR, and Digital teams to develop, schedule, and release Creator Lab content across Dolby’s global channels
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors on ongoing projects and project tracking
- Coordinate and manage digital content for Creator Lab’s Dolby.com presence
- Build and publish new web pages and work with the digital team to roll out new features and functions
- Prepare and coordinate internal and external communications, including newsletters, employee giveaways, and presentation decks
- Support vendor, partner, and sponsorship contracting, onboarding, invoicing, expense reporting, and travel
- Support research projects related to program initiatives
- Support programs including Dolby Creator Talks Podcast, Dolby Creator Lab Grants, film festivals, CES, and the Dolby Creator Lab Short Film Program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Poise and comfort level with speaking to all levels of staff and management
- Interest in consumer technology and/or the entertainment industry, including movies, music, and games
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passionate, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Excel, Word, Outlook, Smartsheet, Keynote, PowerPoint, Teams, and Slack
- Ability to track projects and deliverables in Miro and Airtable
- Familiarity with content management systems; training available
- Experience with in-person and virtual event support and production, including video and photo shoots, film screenings, receptions, conferences, and festivals
