About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and evolve Dolby’s global CRM and email marketing strategy across B2C, B2B, and partner audiences
- Establish global segmentation frameworks, customer personas, lifecycle journeys, and engagement models
- Develop scalable playbooks, standards, and best practices for regional execution
- Align CRM strategy with business growth objectives and audience priorities
- Integrate CRM initiatives with web, events, partner activations, and product launches
- Define global email marketing calendar frameworks and reusable campaign templates
- Enable regional teams with toolkits, templates, documentation, and performance benchmarks
- Leverage AI and automation to improve personalization, optimization, and operational efficiency
- Design segmentation and personalization models using behavioral, demographic, firmographic, and engagement data
- Partner on CRM platform selection, architecture, evolution, integrations, workflows, reporting systems, and data models
- Establish governance standards for data capture, permissions, engagement tracking, data privacy, and data integrity
- Define global CRM KPIs and standardized reporting dashboards
- Analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations
- Use A/B testing, multivariate testing, and automation optimization for continuous improvement
- Act as the global center of excellence and partner with regional and cross-functional teams
- Present performance insights, strategic roadmaps, and optimization plans to senior leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing, preferably within a global organization
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling CRM programs across multiple regions
- Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Marketo
- Experience integrating CRM systems within broader digital ecosystems
