About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide tier 2 and 3 support to customers
- Collaborate with threat researchers and data scientists to challenge the detection engine daily
- Analyze huge web traffic datasets across more than 100 billion documents to identify and block malicious traffic
- Analyze past attacks to strengthen detection and contribute to support
- Collaborate with threat researchers to optimize DataDome's real-time detection engine
- Create automations and scripts to detect outliers in global traffic
- Identify potential attacks and add new alerts to the detection platform
- Participate in interviews, a take-home technical challenge, and a technical proposal presentation with the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of similar experience
- Familiarity with at least one scripting language, preferably Python, for analysis and detection automation
- Passion for data, security, and automated attack mitigation
- Expertise in network or web infrastructure, including HTML, HTTP, CDN, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, and cookies
- Mastery of at least one database language: MySQL, NoSQL, or Elasticsearch
- Experience with Kibana is a bonus
- Experience implementing bots is a bonus
