About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical execution on strategic F100 deployments across multi-cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
Design end-to-end reference architectures spanning data, identity, security, and infrastructure for regulated environments
Build and document field integrations across the AI/ML ecosystem, including data platforms, model registries, and MLOps tooling
Enable the Solutions team on field integrations
Partner with account and sales engineering teams on scoping, custom demonstrations, and proofs of concept for customer AI use cases
Translate field observations into actionable Product and Engineering roadmap input

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years hands-on with Kubernetes in production, including upgrades, migrations, multi-region disaster recovery, and cluster management at scale
End-to-end enterprise Kubernetes implementations in cloud or on-premises environments
Direct experience owning strategic customer relationships at CTO or platform-lead level
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Ability to translate security and compliance requirements into auditable architectures
Hands-on AI/ML or data platform experience, especially in regulated environments, is a strong plus
OpenShift experience is a strong signal
Azure experience is a strong plus
