About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate development, testing, and deployment
Provision, configure, and administer development, staging, and production environments
Implement and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, focusing on automation, scalability, availability, and security
Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Ensure the stability, availability, and efficiency of environments and applications
Troubleshoot infrastructure, automation, and system integration issues
Support the evolution of the infrastructure for an AI-powered financial customer service solution via WhatsApp
Work with various technologies and programming languages, applying logical reasoning and problem-solving skills

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in DevOps, working on medium- and high-complexity projects
Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Experience configuring, creating, and administering environments
Advanced knowledge of or solid experience with AWS Cloud
Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Familiarity with application automation, integration, and deployment
Strong programming logic; no specific programming language required
Familiarity with cloud environments and various technologies
Preferred: experience in the financial sector, particularly with banks, fintechs, or financial institutions
Preferred: experience with Artificial Intelligence projects, chatbots, or virtual assistants
Preferred: knowledge of Huawei Cloud environments
Preferred: experience with digital customer service solutions and WhatsApp integrations
