About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and modify parts and engineering drawings using tools like Creo
- Update Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Support prototype builds, testing, and maintenance of engineering equipment
- Analyze test results to improve product designs
- Collaborate with production, service, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to solve design challenges and contribute to product development
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on product improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
- Ability to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility
