  • Support continual improvement of paint quality and reduction of defects
  • Apply schooling to real-world projects and gain hands-on experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
  • 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
  • Able to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire co-op term (8 months) or internship term (4 months)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
