About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in process improvement discussions
- Assist with the marketing task management system, Monday.com
- Collaborate on photo shoot scheduling preparation
- Support lead and opportunity management in Salesforce.com
- Manage, edit, and maintain website content
- Monitor email inboxes, support invoices, manage agencies and vendors, request photo assets, and gather metrics
- Support brand activation execution and logistics
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for on-site event requirements and branding materials
- Prepare branded merchandise and promotional materials for events
- Develop digital media strategies and social media campaigns
- Create custom reports and analyze performance data
- Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activation events, including on-site assistance and logistics management
- Assist with experiential marketing strategies and engaging activation content
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize marketing reports for stakeholders
- Analyze brand experience effectiveness and recommend optimizations based on data
- Track and report consumer engagement metrics
- Review creative content for accurate imagery, messaging, and branding
- Assist with internal and external marketing communications
- Support trade show planning and deliverables
- Provide marketing support to dealers
- Collaborate on immersive brand experiences aligned with marketing strategies
- Assist with activation timelines and deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-starter able to dig into problems independently with limited guidance
- Ability to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow written instructions
