About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify training needs and objectives with leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy and roadmap
Design, create, and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials
Ensure training supports company policies and regulatory compliance
Coordinate and schedule training sessions and resources
Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, quizzes, observations, and other assessments
Analyze training data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvements
Manage the training budget and implement cost-effective solutions
Incorporate current industry trends and best practices into training programs
Collaborate with external training providers and subject matter experts
Coach and mentor trainers and facilitators
Maintain employee training records, certifications, and competencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience
Proven work experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting
Strong knowledge of training principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design methodologies
Familiarity with e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and blended learning approaches
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Experience designing and delivering leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training
Proficiency with training software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools
Strong project management skills
Ability to collect and interpret data to measure training effectiveness
Strong interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
Willingness to travel 25% - 30%
