Key responsibilities & impact
  • Disassemble products for Service Manual revision and/or labor time verification
  • Conduct trend analysis of product field performance
  • Operate products for audit and verification purposes
  • Use statistical tools for advanced prediction of machine warranty
  • Communicate directly with the dealer network
  • Process warranty return parts and participate in teardown analysis
  • Troubleshoot dealer technical questions on machines needing repair

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Ag System Technology, Ag Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of motivation
  • Travel required: <10%
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
  • Self-starter able to investigate problems independently with limited guidance
  • Able to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire co-op term (8 months) or internship term (4 months)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow written instructions
