About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Test company products
  • Develop, analyze, and utilize quality data to drive improvement activities
  • Perform measurement analysis using statistical tools
  • Assist in developing and implementing process verification and improvements
  • Work with various Bobcat departments to improve product quality
  • Contribute to Quality Engineering programs, including root-cause analysis, data compilation and analysis, quality audits, Product Quality Teams, reporting and metric development, and New Product Development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in engineering or equivalent
  • 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
  • Ability to commit full-time for the entire co-op term (8 months) or internship term (4 months)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility
