About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute annual district and individual dealer strategies
  • Optimize sales performance and market share within the assigned territory
  • Communicate customer and dealer needs to appropriate company departments
  • Drive product sales, branding, and market penetration
  • Respond to order and retail requests
  • Identify and address territory challenges with innovative solutions

  • Organize district sales training schools on new products and competitive positioning
  • Coach and support new and existing sales specialists

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred
  • Equivalent experience is accepted
  • 5–7 years of progressive sales experience
  • At least 2 years of business-to-business sales and marketing experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and consistently expanding sales territories
  • Ability to think critically and make sound business decisions
  • Strong focus on achieving set targets and objectives
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques and strategies
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal functions, field service teams, and financial counterparts
  • Advanced verbal communication skills for leading sales meetings, delivering presentations, and negotiating with dealers
  • Ability to write comprehensive sales proposals, contracts, and business plans with precision and clarity
  • Ability to communicate complex sales strategies and market insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop messaging and materials
  • Valid driver’s license with clean Department of Motor Vehicle driving record
  • Approximately 75% travel required
