About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and onboarding.
- Support the organization of training programs, follow-up on Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and performance review cycles.
- Support the administration of employee engagement surveys, development of action plans, internal marketing campaigns, and individual employee support.
- Support managers with day-to-day people management activities.
- Update department KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Promote employee development and strengthen Dossel Ambiental’s organizational culture.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, People Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of competency-based Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development (T&D), Performance Management, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Knowledge of organizational culture and engagement, HR metrics, and basic employment law.
- Familiarity with or experience using people management systems (ERP/HRIS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assertive communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Organization and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Interest in developing expertise in Human Resources.
