About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform physical inspections of dealer inventories and reconcile them to dealer records
Communicate with dealer and home office personnel
Verify collateral, assess condition, and provide prompt and accurate reporting
Schedule and route inspections for efficient completion within required timelines
Use a company-supplied tablet PC while performing services
Conduct inventory verification and valuation services for financed assets across industries including automobile, agriculture, lawn and garden, recreational vehicle, powersports, marine, manufactured housing, and music

Requirements

What you’ll need

Flexible schedule and availability during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius
Comfortable using mobile applications
Detail-oriented and willing to learn
Good communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
Possess a smartphone (Android or iOS)
Knowledge of inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is beneficial but not required
Must complete work during normal business hours
Work authorization verification through E-Verify
