Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct physical inspections of dealer inventories and reconcile findings with dealer records
Communicate with dealer and home office personnel
Verify collateral, assess condition, and provide prompt and accurate reporting
Schedule and route inspections for efficient completion within required timelines
Use company-supplied tablet PC to perform services
Perform inventory inspections at business locations on a part-time, as-needed basis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Flexible schedule and availability during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius
Comfortable using mobile applications
Detail-oriented and willing to learn
Good communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
Possess a smartphone (Android or iOS)
Knowledge of inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is beneficial but not required
Ability to work in a team atmosphere
Work authorization verified through E-Verify
