Key responsibilities & impact

Perform physical inspections of dealer inventories
Reconcile inventories to dealer records
Communicate with dealer and home office personnel
Verify collateral and assess condition
Provide prompt and accurate reporting
Schedule and route inspections for efficient completion within required timelines
Use proprietary technology and a company-supplied tablet PC
Conduct inspections at business locations on an as-needed basis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Part-time availability during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius
Comfortable using mobile applications
Detail oriented and willing to learn
Good communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
Possess an Android or iOS smartphone
Knowledge of inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing beneficial but not required
Willingness to function within a team atmosphere
