About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform physical inspections of dealer inventories
- Reconcile inventory findings with dealer records
- Communicate with dealer and home office personnel
- Verify collateral and assess its condition
- Provide prompt and accurate reporting
- Schedule and route inspections for efficient completion within required timelines
- Use a company-supplied tablet PC while performing services
- Conduct inventory inspections at business locations throughout the assigned area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Flexible schedule and availability during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius
- Comfortable using mobile applications
- Possession of a smartphone (Android or iOS)
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
- Knowledge of inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is beneficial but not required
- Must complete work during normal business hours
- Work authorization is verified through E-Verify
