About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform physical inventory inspections at dealerships and reconcile inventories with their records
- Communicate effectively with dealership and head-office personnel
- Verify financed assets, assess their condition, and submit accurate, timely reports
- Plan and organize inspections efficiently to meet required deadlines
- Use a company-provided tablet to perform assigned tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Flexible schedule and availability during weekday business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence
- Willingness to travel within a 300 km radius
- Comfortable using mobile applications
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory for this territory
- Canadian candidates only
- Knowledge of inventory financing, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is an asset
- Transferable experience as a building inspector, claims adjuster, mortgage inspector, or inventory control specialist is an asset
