About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform physical inspections of dealer inventories and reconcile findings to dealer records
  • Communicate with dealer and home office personnel
  • Verify collateral, assess condition, and provide prompt, accurate reporting
  • Schedule and route inspections for efficient completion within required timelines
  • Use proprietary technology and a company-supplied tablet PC to perform services
  • Conduct inventory verifications for manufacturers, banks, and finance companies across the United States and Canada

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Flexible schedule and availability during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius
  • Comfortable using mobile applications
  • Detail oriented and willing to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
  • Possess a smartphone (Android or iOS)
  • Knowledge of inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to work within a team atmosphere
