About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct physical inspections of dealer inventories and reconcile them with their records
- Communicate effectively with dealership personnel and head office staff
- Verify financed assets, assess their condition, and submit accurate, timely reports
- Efficiently plan and organize inspections to meet required deadlines
- Use a company-provided tablet to perform assigned duties
- Conduct inventory inspections at businesses on a part-time, as-needed basis
- Douglas-Guardian conducts financed-asset verifications for manufacturers, banks, and financial institutions across the United States and Canada
Requirements
What you’ll need- Availability during weekday business hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel within a 300 km radius
- Comfortable using mobile applications
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French and English is required for this territory
- Canadian candidates only
